Should you have a potential employer in Australia, who is interested in sponsoring you to migrate to Australia on a temporary basis, there are certain elements of the proposed employer/employee relationship, which your employer will have to prove to the Government in order to facilitate your admission. These include:
- Lawful operation of the business for which you will be working
- A legitimate employer/employee relationship between yourself and your employer
- Benefits accruing to Australia through your employment
- Advancement of skills of the business where you will be working through technology or training
- Your employer's ability to meet sponsorship undertakings
